Notes:
- The tariff shown is the per week rate for the use of the house
and all facilities, from 3:00 pm on the Saturday of arrival to
10:00 am on the Saturday of departure.
- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, balance
to be paid 8 weeks in advance of arrival (Payment in full at
time of booking if made less than 8 weeks from visit).
- Prices for short break weekend visits available on request.
Short breaks may only be booked not more than 28 days or less in advance of
visit.
- Tariff includes heating, lighting, and parking facilities**.
- Visitors may supply their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen
(duvet cover, sheet, pillow cases) can be provided at an additional
charge of £8 per bed.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome.
- *Small party discounts: A 20% discount on listed prices is available for groups needing no more than two bedrooms. These visits may be booked no more than 28 days in advance of the visit.

| ** On site parking for two cars, with an agreement with our neighbours at The Grampus Inn, for parking
for one car. Additional parking is available a short walk away near
The Memorial Hall. Visitors are asked not to park their cars unattended
outside the house as the road is narrow and this can block access
to the pub and houses further down the lane. |
