Kitchen
Once we had a coal fired range in here, but no more. It took too much time to clean every day. Now there is an electric stove, and microwave to cook with.
There is a freezer and refridgerator for storing food as well as a fair range of cooking utensils. Should you wish to eat there, there is room for at least 6 people around the kitchen table.
We know what it is like to keep clothes clean and dry on holiday, particularly with children (of all ages!) who explore rock pools with excessive enthusiasm. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer to help you keep on top of things.
Behind the main kitchen we have the 'back kitchen' which has long been a utility room. This is where the freezer and tumble drier are, and it is ideal for storing muddy boots and shoes, surf boards and so on. It is also were we keep some of the garden paraphanalia, such as cushions, sun shades, etc.
Living and Dining Rooms
The front room and dining room are separated by sliding doors that can be opened to provide a large through room. The front room has a sofa, arm chairs, and a long window seat. There is also a television and video recorder.
We hope you won't have any wet days during your stay, but if you do and decide on staying in, there is a fair selection of board games and other favourites to enjoy. Let's face it, no holiday is complete without a proper family row over Monopoly!
